James started his humble beginnings in the media world acquiring his first camera gifted by his parents to him at 14 years old. He slowly built up a love for Photography and making Freerunning videos with his friends. After completing a 2 year UAL Media course at college at 19 and gaining some valuable work experience on site with a few production crews, James ventured straight into Freelancing. 

Fast forward 6 years, James has successfully built up a extensive project portfolio and media business covering many areas of the media world, including Sports, Fashion, Food, corporate, wedding and music events. Approaching 600 completed projects since he founded Cross Visuals in June 2019 covering most of the UK as well as Internationally having worked on location in Switzerland, Canada, Ireland and France as well as working with a number of celebrities including Sir Alex Ferguson and Zara Larsson, James has built a successful business with his strong versatile editing style, creative camera operating and desire to help businesses and individuals expand their media.

When James isn't working his magic on the next project, he loves to keep active, rollerblading, Urban exploring, travelling, cooking his signature Butter Chicken or Carbonara, raving to drum n bass / Techno, playing the drums and washing his beloved car.
